Firewall rule quesiton

I have a firewall rule and destination nat rule to route one of our external IPs port 3454 to an internal 192.168.x.x IP on port 3454

That works from outside our LAN but if you try to access the same from inside the LAN it doesn't work.  What sort of rule do I need to create to have the EdgeRouter also route traffic originating from the LAN destined for the same WAN IP correctly?
