PPPoE Issue ER Pro

Have a strange issue with my ER Pro 8 FW 1.9.0

In remote users it is show a duplicate user for a few sessions (20).  But what even more strange is duplicates these sessions under one user.  So I have 20 John does' that have the same pppoes interface number that another user has.

Example

Johndoe     pppeos57     192.168.1.12

johndoe      pppoes58     192.168.1..36

johndoe     pppoes62      192.168.1.151

adamsmi   pppoes57      192.168.1.12

sarajan      pppoes58      192.168.1.36

johnyb       pppoes62      192.168.1.151

This started a couple of weeks ago after unexpected reboot.  Router was on FW 1.7.0 when this started and problem has persisted after update to 1.9.0.

Is there a place I should clear via CLI, if so please be specific as to process.
