Have problem with Hairpin NAT

I have a problem with hairpin NAT config

this is my network diagram

Router[isp1 ---> eth0, isp2 ---> eth1 --- switch0(eth3+4) LAN 10.0.0.1/24] ----  Switch[10.0.0.2/24 Edgeswitch L3 --- VLAN2 192.168.0.0/21] --- Client 

I NAT ip 192.168.0.32:3389 to eth0 3389, form outside it work perfectly, but in inside it can't connect.

i try to telnet form inside, it have count, but i don't know why it don't connect.

hope somebody help me, sr for my bad english.
