EdgePoint R8

I'm helping to setup a community WISP, and at this point our equipment list consists of a single EdgePoint R8 and 3 Rocket M2's, with PowerBeam M's at the residences.

I'm quite handy with computers, and have done tons of setups with consumer grade (Netgear / Linksys) routers and access points.  7 or 8 years ago I used several TrendNet outdoor access points to bridge WiFi across a campground.

Where I'm getting stuck is with the EdgePoint R8.  How do I get devices to communicate across it?

I have a PC with a static IP address of 10.0.10.99, and eth0 of the R8 is set for 10.0.10.1/24.

But what do i put it for the eth1-7 ?  If I try the same subnet, i get an error message, but the Rocket M2's were going to be on the same subnet.

I get the feeling I'm missing something right in front of, but this level of switch and network configuration is outside of my experience.  Unfortunately, I'm the guy that has to do it.
