Please help I am a little confused.

I have edgemax pro router and the edgeswitch 48 500w in addition I have one Unifi AP.  I currently have set up a total of 6 vlans. Only using 3 of them but will be using all of them as I move stuff over from old switch to new switch.  I have several questions.  I watched all the videos on youtube regarding ubiquity products and Vlans and still find my self confused.

Question One

I am using port one on the switch to port six on the router.  The Vlan is set up as follows;

I added vlan 7 and was considering moving all my computers at home to that vlan.  I remember readign that it was not good practice to have vlan1 for all my pc's because vlan1 will have access to all the other vlans or something along the lines. Any truth to that?

Question Two

I gave some Tmobile Phones "Samsung S7" and they operate over ip. The problem I am having is that I am getting lots of dropped calls and the voice sometimes sounds like crap.  So I wanted to set up two SSID's on the UNIFI Wireless access point, One was going to be to connect to my home network currently on the first lan and the second I was going to connect to Vlan3, currently labeled voip.  Since only one cable goes to the access point connected to port 48 on my edge switch, how do i make it work for both lans. T for Vlan3 and U for Vlan1?

What firewall rule do I use to separate them and finally what can I do on the VOIP lan in order to be able to use my Tmobile phones via wifi.

Thanks for the help in advanced.
