Under Advanced Queue, I see there are fields for Burst Rate and Burst Size.
If these are left blank, what are the default burst settings?
Also - burst rate is the maximum rate it can burst to, right?
What exactly is burst size? (The tooltip just says "The allowed exceeding size sent with burst rate", but I'm not quite sure what that means).
