Guest Wifi cannot connect to main network

I have the following router: EdgeRouter X v1.8.5
ETH 0 - WAN
ETH 1-3 - Network 1 - 192.168.0.0/24
ETH 4 - Network 2 - 192.168.2.0/24 (Guest Wifi)

Issue - My camera computer (192.168.0.15) is hooked up to Network 1 and is accessible from Network 1 or from the outside Internet. However, I cannot access the computer at all if I am connected to Network 2 (even if I try to connect using an Internet IP).

I connect to Network 2 through my iPhone and iPad, so I'd like to be able to access my Cameras while connected to my Wifi and not have to disconnect and use my cellular connection when I want to view cameras. The port is 8500.

Port forwarding is enabled properly or I would not be able to connect from outside my network.  I just can't access 192.168.0.15 port 8500 when connected to Network 2 (192.168.2.0/24).
