Help accessing server on LAN through WAN and port forwarding

By way of the Unifi security cameras, I recently took the plunge and upgraded our SOHO setup by replacing our Airport Extreme base station with an Edge Router X and 2 UAP-LR units.

I am by no means a networking expert but was able to get everything up and working pretty easily. I have run into an issue accessing my CalDav server while on the LAN.

Currently, my CalDav server sits at 192.168.1.200. My external IP address is 10.11.12.13. I have forwarded ports 8008 and 8443 to 192.168.1.200. When on my office WAN (14.15.16.17) I can access the CalDav server via 10.11.12.13 and port forwarding. However, when I am on the LAN I cannot reach the CalDav server via 10.11.12.13. The only way I can reach it is if I change the server address to the local address (192.168.1.200).

I am sure there is some kind of setting to allow me to still access the server via the WAN and port forwarding. Can somebody help this rookie?
