Newer Kernel More Necessary Than Ever

3.10 is now super super old. The world has moved on from there. The Edge Router is in dire need of a newer kernel. In fact, in about a year, there won't be any more updates for it. It'd be foolish to not move to a newer kernel before that happens.

Furthemore, new awesome projects like WireGuard require a modern kernel (≥4.1). Keeping the Edge Router at 3.10 holds it back from the future.

Could you put some pressure on Cavium to release a newer kernel for your hardware?
